Current Wi-Fi devices do not offer VOIP traffic prioritization, so TengoInternet does not currently support VOIP services. You can test the service, but your results may not be satisfactory. Some locations prohibit the use of VOIP on their wireless networks. Please ask at the office.

If you don't have your own printer, the most convenient solution available today is to log on to www.fedex.com/us/officeprint/main/index.html and find a Kinko store near you. These stores have the ability to accept print orders over the Internet and print them out for later pickup. They are open 24 hours a day and there are hundreds of locations across the country.

Make sure you connect to TengoInternet from your browser before attempting to connect with an email client such as Outlook Express or Outlook.

To use your existing pop email account to send email, you may need to disable password authentication in the outgoing email server settings in your email program. We do not provide you with an SMTP server to use in place of your email provider's SMTP server. In some cases, changing the outgoing SMTP port to 587 or 2525 instead of 25 also resolves the issue. If these suggestions don't solve your issue, you'll need to use a web-based email to submit.

AOL disables certain features of the Internet Explorer browser when users select "Set AOL as default browser" during installation. If you already have AOL 8.0 installed, download a non-Microsoft browser such as Mozilla Firefox and use that browser to connect to TengoInternet.

It's important to ensure that any sensitive personal or financial information you exchange with a website is protected by encryption. You can tell if you're connected to a secure website by looking in the lower-right corner of your browser. If you see a small closed padlock, you are connected to a secure site.

There are several things in your RV that can cause signal conflicts with your Wi-Fi adapter. If you are using a cordless phone on the 2.4GHz band, it can interfere with your network connection as they both work on the 2.4Gigahertz band.
